Year Course 1974-75 Reunion
In May 2025, alumni from the 1974–75 Young Judaea Year Course reunited in Israel to celebrate their 50th reunion! The gathering took place at Kibbutz Ketura—founded by Young Judaeans and a deeply meaningful place for many in the group. Twenty-five members of the shichva traveled from around the world to join 15 others already in Israel for this unforgettable weekend.
The reunion was filled with heartfelt reconnections, laughter, and memories that felt as fresh as ever. The group toured Kibbutz Ketura, snorkeled in Eilat, visited an Argan oil production facility and a local brewery, and even explored the world of medical clowning. A highlight of the weekend was a thought-provoking panel with alumni Naomi Leitner, David Lehrer, and Gershon Baskin.
For many, it felt as though no time had passed at all—proof of the lifelong bonds formed on Year Course.
