Since 1952, Camp Young Judaea Texas has provided life-changing summers to thousands of children! We offer a fun, supportive environment where campers can explore, challenge themselves, and develop their passions. Here, kids of all abilities, backgrounds and denominations can strengthen their Jewish and Zionist identities, all while surrounded by beautiful facilities and expert staff.
CYJ is the perfect place for kids to practice making decisions for themselves in a safe and secure atmosphere. Managing their daily choices without parents or teachers is an amazing way for your children to blossom and grow. Children are thrilled with this freedom and surprise themselves and their parents with their emotional growth over the course of the session!

Our children came back from their first summer at CYJ elated and they can’t wait for the next summer. They loved their new friends from all over Texas, they loved their Israeli counselors, and counselors from all over the world. They loved the program, the sports, the Israeli food, and just the warm feeling of a nourishing, wonderful camp!
