CYJ Midwest Virtual Concert Series: Ben Tatar

A multi-instrumentalist (among them, trombone, tuba, piano, guitar, bass and vocals), Tatar has shared the stage with such performers as Maria Schneider, Denis DiBlasio, Slide Hampton, Scott Wendholdt, Ben Vereen, Arturo Sandoval, Dave Liebman, Phil Woods, Bob Newhart, and the Kansas City Symphony Orchestra. Tatar has also performed at such venues as the Rialto Square Theater, Grant Park’s Harris Theater, Martyr’s, Schuba’s, The Music Box Theater, Subterranean, The Double Door, Chicago’s Jazz Showcase, and The Green Mill Lounge.

CYJ Midwest Presents: The Magic of Danny Dubin
Dubin entertained guests at the Embassy of Australia, the World Bank, the Chicago History Museum and even performed for the Former Queen of Iran, and he received the “Lance Burton Award of Excellence” at both the 2010 and 2011 World Magic Seminar in Las Vegas. His show today consists of mentalism and magic based based on experiences performing nationwide.
