Chaim Steinberg has a B.A. in History from Penn State and an M.A.T. in Secondary Social Studies education from the University of Pittsburgh. He currently teaches middle school Social Studies at Community Day School in Pittsburgh and taught previously in Montreal and Toronto. Along with 9 years of teaching experience, he has worked with children as a camp counselor and director, residential counselor, an after school outreach coordinator, and a coach. As a firm believer in an integrated approach to learning, Chaim constantly seeks to blend formal and informal education in an effort to create an environment where young people can ask questions, grow, and feel confident in their experience. In his free time, Chaim likes to read, roller skate, climb trees, listen to podcasts, talk about the Constitution, and have Nerf gun battles with his two sons, Tobias (8) and Milo (6).
