The Young Judaea MODEL Fellowship

Mentorship for Optimal Development of Education and Leadership

Activism and leadership among Jewish teens is needed today more than ever.  There is a critical need and opportunity for post-high school activists and educators to step forward to lead the way. The Young Judaea MODEL Fellowship is a year-long program that will:

  • Train a cohort of Jewish collegiate student leaders to teach the next generation of Jewish social activists
  • Provide these leaders with the opportunity to create exciting new projects within their own communities that will explore meaningful Zionist, Pluralist ideas and issues
  • Work with Young Judaea teen leaders to develop year-round programs (including summer) that will attract, educate and inspire teens across the Jewish spectrum
  • Work with teen leaders to advance one or more of following causes: Supporting Israel, Environmentalism, Human Rights, Fighting Poverty, and Protecting the Weakest of Society
