Our Mission YJ Impact fosters Zionist leadership and activism among college students and young professionals. It emphasizes personal engagement with the real Israel through multifaceted programs and opportunities. YJ Impact embodies the pluralistic, non-partisan approach of its sponsor, Hadassah. Our Connection to Young Judaea and HadassahJoin Zionists of all ages across the world who are making a significant difference in Israel. YJ Impact is the young adults expression of Young Judaea, the Zionist Youth Movement of Hadassah. Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, takes action by saving hundreds of lives each day through their hospitals in Israel and advocacy in the United States. Young Judaea challenges youth to become involved in social and educational activities that develop and sharpen their Jewish and Zionist identities.
