The YJ Development and Alumni Relations Department is here to help!

Here are some ways we can assist you to ensure your reunion/gathering is a success:

  • First and foremost, we are here to help! We can walk you through the event planning process from start to finish and help with strategy, brainstorm ideas, etc. Need some help finding a venue or negotiating contracts? We can help with that too!

  • Help you track down contact information for friends you may have lost track of.

  • Build Facebook event page/group to bring everyone together and build excitement.

  • Assist with save the date and invitation design.

  • Promote gathering in newsletter, post to movement calendar, etc.

  • Set up dedicated event registration and payment systems.

  • Design class/ group-specific fundraising pages.

  • Provide funding for a portion of your gathering.*

*Funding is dependent on scope and scale of event. Additional eligibility requirements: in order to receive funding organizer (s) must agree to share registration data so that we can update our alumni database. We also ask that s/he consider allowing an YJ representative to speak (lay leader, staff member, etc.), as well as consider asking group to make a class gift to YJ.
