Peer Leadership is at the heart of Young Judaea’s educational and organizational approach.  Each year, groups of teens around the country form Mazkiriot (teen boards) that decide the direction and the programming for each region.  Some communities have chosen to form va’adot or groups that work together towards the same goal of strengthening and envisioning their program year.
